From I-80 East exit at Macdonald Ave.
Go west down Macdonald and turn right on 23rd St.
Take 23rd St for about a mile until you cross the San Pablo city line.
The school is right there on the right.
The U-8 play area is behind the high school and behind the varsity field.

Tom Bates Regional Sports Complex - From I-80 West, take Gilman St. Exit in Berkeley, turn right on Gilman St. Fields on are left. There is off street parking available next to the fields. East is the natural grass field along the frontage road. From I-80 East take Gilman St. Exit and turn left.
NO metal cleats. NO food. NO gum. NO alcohol or sugared drinks. NO smoking. $50 fine.

Walter T. Helms Middle School,
2500 Road 20, San Pablo

All users of the Walter T. Helms Middle School fields must adhere to the following rules and regulations as outlined below and those posted at the school.

No food or drinks except water inside the large gates.

No spectators inside the low gate around big turf unless they are walking to the bleacher area.

No going in the planted area or hanging on the fence next to the planted area.

No dogs on the school property.

Put all trash in the cans.

Do not leave large broken chairs and tents - the school does not have capacity to deal with them.
